Exciting opportunity to join a well established, busy organisation based in Curdworth, permanent position as Customer Services Advisor

Client Details

My client is a privately-owned organisation who have built a reputation for reliability and quality of service over the last 25 years.

Description

Due to growth, my client is looking to employ a Customer Services Advisor for their offices in Curdworth.

The Role:

Interact with customers on the phone and by email in a professional

Meet all customer needs and exceed expectations

Provide accurate information to resolve all queries and complaints.

Proactively seek solutions to problems, notifying Management when concerns arise.

Conduct basic administrative tasks such as photocopying and filing.

Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately.

Generate monthly, quarterly, annual reports for management

Profile

Requirements:

You will be adept at handling customers on the phone, and ideally will have a strong background in this area.

You will be an accurate administrator

Able to handle complaints

Organised

Good telephone manner

Good verbal and written communications skills

Able to work under pressure

Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team

This role would suit someone who enjoys being busy and likes speaking with customers on the phone.

Job Offer

Salary £17,500 - £18,500
