Receptionist/Office Admin Assistant
Maternity Cover (9 months)
May 2019 - Feb 2020

We have just taken on an exciting 9 month contract role as a hybrid Receptionist/Office Assistant at a boutique finance firm starting in May 2019!
Duties for this role include Receptionist responsibilities such as:
- Answering all calls in an effective and timely manner
- Greeting visitors professionally
- Preparing meeting rooms
- Collecting, distributing and preparing post
- Arranging couriers (locally and internationally)
This role also encompasses Office Admin Assistant and Personal Assistant duties including, but not limited to, collating expense receipts, collating board packs, printing and binding presentations and producing weekly schedule of Executives diaries.
The ideal candidate will be confident, well-presented and able to stay calm under pressure. You must have excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. Previous experience in an office environment is necessary for this role.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills are also needed.
Benefits will include 25 days holiday, a discretionary bonus and pension after 3 months.
This role will start in May 2019 and last till February 2019.
