Career receptionist/office coordinator required for a fast paced environment - The ideal candidate will enjoy being the "face" of the organisation but will also under take office facilities type duties
Immediate start necessary!
Monitor and screen incoming calls
Manage front of house duties, greeting of guests and advising staff of their arrival
Provide direction for visitors and staff
Organise meeting rooms (before and after meetings) and facilities
Book lunches, arrange refreshments and keep kitchen tidy
Manage kitchen and office purchases
Take deliveries, collect and distribute incoming deliveries and mail
Coordinate office related service providers such as IT support, cleaning, car services,
food delivery companies
Facilitate office repairs/maintenance
Liaise with building manager for office requirements
Assess infrastructural requirements
Manage fire risk assessments, health and safety requirements and office insurance
Source and book restaurant reservations
Liaise/co-ordinate with staff in the NYC office
AMEX reports, general data entry
Undertake various ad-hoc assignments and projects
Skills
Significant experience in a corporate receptionist role necessary
Self-confident with a personable manner, and excellent communication skills, able to deal with people at all levels with tact and diplomacy
Experience in a demanding professional services environment
Pro-active nature with ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
Excellent attention to detail
Calm under pressure with the ability to take control in emergencies and escalate accordingly
IT proficiency and experience of working with MS Outlook,
Good admin skills used to dealing with external suppliers
Excellent timekeeper
Reliable and flexible team player willing to work additional hours when required
